Restructuration d’un appartement à Paris 10e.
Bel immeuble des années 1930 mais conçu suivant un plan haussmannien avec une entrée fermée donnant sur un long couloir desservant chacune des pièces en enfilade, la cuisine située en fond d’appartement. Nos clients, un couple avec 3 jeunes enfants, souhaitaient une chambre supplémentaire, un espace home cinéma, un grand séjour, une cuisine à proximité et un casier par personne à l’entrée de l’appartement. Puzzle fonctionnel et technique difficile à résoudre mais que nous avons réussi tant les contraintes en architecture peuvent être un facteur de réussite.
Le plan que nous avons proposé a reçu l’adhésion de nos clients. Une entrée ouverte vers l’espace de vie et juste séparée par un mur de pavés de verre pour préserver une intimité sans réduire l’espace. Les casiers avec des portes en zinc ont été traités comme une sculpture avec une volumétrie faite avec des creux pour rompre avec un linéaire qui aurait pu être contraignant visuellement et différentes hauteurs. Chacun d’eux représente un membre de la famille. Et au milieu, les armoires techniques pour l’électricité et la plomberie.
Un grand séjour avec un coin repas à proximité de la cuisine située en façade qui se termine en jonction avec le bar à la façade en PVC rouge qui s’éclaire le soir. Au plafond, l’ancienne cloison qui séparait les 2 espaces a été transformée en corniche éclairante qui se compose avec les existantes.
Le couloir se découvre à travers une porte en verre d’origine qui permet de recréer une perspective au salon .Il se trouve juste après le salon vidéo situé derrière la cuisine dans la partie aveugle de l’appartement. En haut, des pavés de verre pour redonner de la lumière le jour. Il débute par un dégagement qui accueille un grand placard aux façades en zinc et est rythmé par des portes de couleur coulissante qui crée un rythme et dessert les chambres d’enfants. En face, la salle de bains des enfants attenante à la salle d’eau des parents. Et enfin, la chambre parents qui débute par un dressing aux façades en PVC bleu. Un ensemble fonctionnel mais aussi vivant par le jeu des matériaux qui rythment sa modernité.
Techniquement, la dépose du plancher posé sur lambourdes nous a permis de faire passer l’ensemble des câbles électriques, des tuyaux de chauffage et de résoudre les problèmes d’évacuation d’eau de la cuisine par l’utilisation d’une pompe de relevage dont le moteur est caché sous l’alcôve créée à la place de l’ancienne cheminée bouchée.
